What is Small Group PT?
Small group PT is an intimate group training with a specific purpose.
4-6 people will share the session which is programmed with outcomes in mind (determined by the session name below) .
You get more attention than group fitness classes
You get clear progression in the training plans
You get technique correction & safety!

What are the session options?
All sessions are by Appointment only please contact us for access to these classes as you are unable to book online.
STRONG
Designed to build Strength & Posture
This session is designed for optimal strength progression.
In these sessions you will build a strong physique while improving your technique to lift safely for longer.
Strong progresses through training cycles with intermittent strength tests throughout the year.
It is sets & reps with measured rest periods.
Who's STRONG for?
People who hate cardio! Who want to feel strong & functionally able Want their physique to represent their strength & ability.
Who want to learn to lift or continue to lift better!
STABLE
Stronger + Able = Stable!
Circuit-based mobility & stability sessions that will strengthen your body in a balanced way.
Do just one per week, or do three, they will all vary but have your whole body covered within each session.
Circuit #1 = mobility
Circuit #2 = stability strengthening
Who's STABLE for?
For those doing the Strength program this would be a nice recovery/ lighter load session
People who need a lighter approach to strengthening & recovering their movement & joint function.
Those who have lower condition due to instabilities or injuries.
Great place to start & build up your base before adding in the Strong or Condition sessions.

Monday: 7AM Strong & 9AM Strong
Tuesday: 6:30AM Stable, 7:30AM Stable & 9AM Stable
Wednesday: 7AM Strong & 9AM Strong
Thursday: 6:30AM Stable, 7:30AM Stable & 9AM Stable
Friday: 7AM Stable
